HOW TO APPLY FOR ZAMCASH LOANS

A step by step guide



Zamcash is slowly becoming more popular by the day. However it has has been noted that most people find it hard to apply for the loan since it is done online. This article shows how you can successfully apply for the loan.
Before I continue,you need the following to qualify for the loan.
  • You need to be working for a private company. Civil Servants are NOT qualified
  • Green National Registration Card (NRC)
  • Latest Payslip
Now that we are on the same page. We can begin the steps.
  1. You need to access Zamcash website either by phone or computer by clicking here www.zamcash.com to begin the application process.
  2. Enter your mobile number( it has to be connected to your Airtel or MTN mobile money)
  3. Go to the next page to enter the verification code recieved on your phone number you entered. You can Recieve you the verification code by clicking here as shown in the image
  4. Once that is done begin the registration process by entering your details as shown below
  5. Go to the next page  to enter the next of kin details e.g your wife / husband, parents or one of your sibling's details as shown below


  6. Go to the next page to see the amount of money you can get. However  do not select the amount insteaded click on where it says profile>complete personal details To upload pictures of your NRC and payslip as shown in the images below

    Note: if you want you can upload pictures of all the documents in that section if you have.
  7. You can now go back to finish the loan application by clicking on the loan section 
  8.  You can now select the amount of money you need to get and the duration(when you will pay back)

  9. When you are done with step number 8, you can now apply for the loan on the next page  and you will be called by customer care to verify a few details within 30mins. There after you will receive your loan in your mobile money through the number you used for registration.

      Mobile money repayment methods via USSD
      Make a repayment via Airtel mobile money
      1. Dial *115#


      2. Select option 4 "Make Payment"


      3. Select option 6 "Goods & Services"


      4. Enter the number 1 on merchant code


      5. Enter Business Name,(type zam)


      6. Enter Repayment Amount


      7. Enter Reference,Here enter your NRC without slashes


      8. Enter PIN(Your own PIN)


      * Kindly note that Airtel charges k2.5 for this transcation, ensure that you have extra K2.5 in your mobile money account.
      * You can make payment with another mobile money account that is not in your name just add your NRC on reference so we can know that the payment is from you.



      Make a repayment via MTN mobile money
      1. Dial *115#


      2. Select option 3 "Pay Bill"


      3. Select option 6 " Retail Payment"


      4. Enter "zam" on Merchant code


      5. Enter Repayment Amount


      6. Enter Reference, here enter your NRC without slashes


      7. Enter mobile money PIN (Your own PIN)


      * MTN charge K3.5 for this transaction, ensure that you have extra K3.5 in your mobile money account
      * Kindly note you can make payment with another mobile money account that is not in your name just add your NRC on reference so we can know that the payment is from you.
